Public beta Nov 28, 2026

We’re building Ferry in the open.

Ferry listens to your meetings and sends every decision and to-do to the right person, before the call even ends. Follow the build, vote on what comes next and get early access.

Tasks now land in Linear

When someone says “I’ll handle it” on a call, Ferry creates the Linear issue, assigns it and links the moment in the recording.

Day 44

FIX

accuracy 91% → 96%

Fewer made-up action items

Beta teams told us Ferry turned small talk into tasks. We now ask for a clear owner and a verb before anything gets sent.

Day 39

Note

Why we cut the meeting summary

Nobody read them. Teams only opened the list of decisions and owners, so that is now the whole product. Less to read, more done.

Day 31

Shipped

38 teams onboarded

Private beta is open

The first 38 teams are using Ferry on real calls. Each one has a direct line to us in a shared channel.

Day 1

Note

Starting from one annoying problem

Half the to-dos from our meetings were forgotten by Friday. We decided to build the tool we wanted, and to share every step.

Public roadmap

What’s next, and when.

Waitlist members vote on the order. The most-requested item moves up every Friday.

Sneak peek

From “I’ll do it” to done.

1

Ferry joins the call. No bot name to explain, no setup for guests.

2

It catches commitments. A decision, an owner and a deadline.

3

Tasks go where you work. Linear today, Slack and Jira next.

A note from the founder

I’ve lost count of the meetings where everyone agreed on something and nothing happened after.

Ferry is my attempt to fix that, built in public so you can see what works, what doesn’t and what we change because of you.
